Working with Lea has been great! She develops a program that is not only tailored to your needs but also sustainable. No fad or crash dieting, no “bad” foods, or shame.
I had issues with disordered eating related to stress and she equipped me right away with tools for handling and overcoming the triggers during a time of crazy upheaval for me. This was huge because for me, addressing the behavioral is just as important as the nutrition itself.
Most importantly, her approach really is focused on building the knowledge and skill set to apply a healthy diet to life, one that factors in holidays, family, times of upheaval, busy schedules, cooking preferences, etc.
Highly recommend Lea!!

Life after recovery feels like breathing again 😮💨
It’s not just about eating the ice cream or taking rest days. It’s about feeling free.
Diet culture has people chasing impossible rules:
☁️“Only eat clean.”
☁️“Burn it off.”
☁️“Earn your food.”
☁️“Always do more. Be less.”
And honestly? It steals so much joy. Every bite, every walk, every decision weighed down with guilt and pressure.
When you finally ditch diet culture and start healing your relationship with food, everything shifts.
Life feels lighter, calmer, and 100x more beautiful than the empty promises of control ever felt.
If this kind of freedom feels out of reach right now, I get it. But I promise, it’s possible. And you don’t have to do it alone.

Does your ideal Dietitian sound less like a food police and more like a safe space?
Because that’s what I aim for in every single session 🫶
Support that’s grounded, real, and actually helpful. Not “perfect meal plans.” Not guilt trips. Not shame disguised as advice.
👉 Instead, we explore what’s really going on behind the food rules.
We unpack what feels stuck and work on building a gentler, more sustainable relationship with eating. And, we leave space for you to take the lead.

Let’s normalize not doing what everyone else is doing.
As a dietitian, I’ve seen how easy it is to fall into the trap of doing what “looks like healthy.”
But real wellness? It’s not found in rigid food rules, daily step quotas, or obsessively logging every bite.
What diet culture won’t tell you is this ⤵️
There’s no one right way to be healthy.
What matters is what works for YOU. What helps you feel grounded, satisfied, and at peace with your plate, and yourself.
If you’re ready to stop micromanaging your body and start reconnecting with it instead, I’m here to help.

Your plate isn’t a conversation starter…BUT here’s what to say when people think it is. 💬
It’s wild how casually people comment on bodies and plates like it’s weather talk. But just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s okay, or that you have to accept it in silence.
These comments can trigger old wounds, fuel shame, or simply make you feel uncomfortable in your own skin. You don’t owe anyone a response, but if you do want to say something, it helps to have a few go-to replies in your back pocket.
Save this post for the next awkward and inappropriate family dinner, group brunch, or “concerned coworker” moment. 💚

I’m a professional chef and I have an intense and obsessive relationship with food. Sometimes, it could take over all my thoughts. Lea really helped me build a healthier relationship with food, giving me tools to navigate my eating habits without guilt or stress. Her approach is thoughtful, supportive, and completely free of judgment. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to feel more at peace with their food choices while still enjoying what they eat.

Lea was recommended to me by a friend. I have a relative with Crohn’s disease and they require a very specific diet. I did a few telemedicine “visits” with Lea and she was able to give me so much information on what foods are good and where to find them. Such a life saver.
